THE REQUIREMENT

Write a 1,000 word essay on "what is the best way for the human species to live?".  Explain your scenario with your plan, how it would work and why it would be best in your opinion. All 7.3 billion people must be included (your plan can be anything, either one way to live or more than one, as long as you account for everyone), and include at least 5 institutions in discussing how your global culture would work (e.g., pattern of subsistence, religion, gender, family, politics, communication, economy, social organization).

THE RESPONSE

I chose to write a completely fictional piece about grandma yarnbombers who saved the world, including in the essay all of the requirements of the project and making the world a workable society. I chose to write this unique perspective so that the professor would have a different essay to grade and appreciate that.

ALL TIED UP ?

The hardest part of this that I did not see coming was that writing out an essay by hand for 90 minutes was tiring.
